Cash and Investments

The Department of Cash and Investments has many responsibilities, including:

  • Processes electronic payments to vendors
  • Processes and prints checks written from University local funds
  • Records additions, withdrawals, and gains and losses to University endowment funds
  • Prepares annual, quarterly, monthly and ad hoc reports and attachments
  • Monitor and record daily transactions posted to the University local bank accounts
  • Monitor, draw funds and prepare manual billings for the University federal grants
