Grants and Contract

The Department of Grants and Contract has many responsibilities, including:

  • Reviews and approves budgets requests for Federal, State, and Private Grants and Contracts
  • Reviews and approves personnel actions forms for employees on Federal, State, and Private Grants and Contracts
  • Reviews Federal, State, and Private Grants to ensure that expenses are in accordance with the approved Grants and Contracts
  • Prepares the annual Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards
